FAQ

Asked and answered.

Everything about the set, the carrier, and the Encore. Short and straight — warm underneath.

Why do the cards come in packs of 3?

Because one round of applause is never enough. The first card proves it works; the second and third go faster than you think. It's also how the set stays stocked between orders instead of running dry the first good week.

What's in the set, exactly?

Fifteen cards: four messages you pick — each arrives as a pack of 3, and doubling up on a favorite is allowed, encouraged even — plus the Encore, one more pack of 3. All of it arrives in the carrier.

What's the Encore?

The last move of every set. One more pack of 3, no extra charge — and it breaks the rules: any message from any style, not just the look you built your set in. Every great set ends with an Encore.

What's the carrier?

The part that makes the whole thing work. A protective case built to travel — bag, desk drawer, shelf by the door — so the right card is already with you when somebody's great. Ships with every set. One tip: skip the glovebox. Summer is rough on paper.

Are the cards blank inside?

Yes. The front does the applause; the inside is all you. Landscape top-fold, 5.5" × 4.25" closed, envelopes included.

Can I pick the same message more than once?

Absolutely. If your year needs six thank-yous, who are we to argue? Double feature. Bold move.

What if somebody else earned a set too?

Two or more sets in one order: 10% off each set, and shipping's on the house. Build the first set, choose Add another set on the review screen, repeat. We call it making it a double.

How does shipping work?

Flat rate anywhere in the US, calculated at checkout. Order two or more sets and shipping's free.

Do you make birthday cards?

No. Birthdays have an entire aisle and it's very well run. We make cards for the moments that don't have one — the covered shift, the closed deal, the friend who keeps showing up. Although if enough of you keep asking, we reserve the right to make exactly one card about this answer.

Do you make sympathy cards?

No. Different kind of card, different kind of company. We stay in our lane and we're loud in it.

Can I buy a smaller set?

The set starts at fifteen. That's the product — enough applause, on hand, to cover a real stretch of your year. It grows; it doesn't shrink.

When do new looks drop?

New styles are always in the works, and the waitlist hears first — the signup lives at the bottom of every page. Waitlist gets first swing.
